​LILY SWAN is a writer, musician, and grandmother dedicated to the work of ancestral and collective trauma healing. Her lifelong practice as a singer-songwriter and fiber artist deeply informs her approach to history—finding harmony in discord and reweaving intergenerational patterns torn apart by trauma.

Lily lives with her husband in Hāna, Hawai’i, attuned to the island's rhythms of renewal. Calling In The Ancestors is her first book, and she is currently researching the lineage of her grandfathers for Volume II.
